2 story house wash Seabrook

Soft wash on the exterior of a Seabrook Texas home. No extensions or ladders used in the washing of this house despite being a 2 story house. The soft wash was performed spraying a solution of sodium hypochlorite and a surfactant at 10 gallons per minute. The solution is weak enough to not harm pets or grass but just strong enough to clean the exterior. Algae, wasp nests, mud dauber nests, spider webs, and insect cocoons can be easily removed with this method with minimum pressure being needed. A low pressure rinse follows the soap application. The bricks and concrete got a post treatment with he same cleaning solution and is allowed to dry without a rinse. The post treatment helps to assure the surface is clean and the growth will now reoccur as quickly as it would with water pressure alone. The entire house was washed. The widows were washed though the solar screens without damage to the screens from removal or pressure. The double wide garage door and painted hardy in entry way were also treated for oxidation. Specialty chems were applied to aid in the removal of the oxidation in the paint. The driveway and sidewalk were cleaned with a surface cleaner and then rinsed.

In most cases concrete will be post treated if there is sufficient time before the surface needs to be used.
