House Soft Wash Project in League City, TX

A customer called asking if I could restore the color of the of the limestone on the front of their house in League City. They knew that too much pressure could cause the stone to flake and effectively deteriorate the stone. They were right for this concern.

After some discussion I assured the customer that I had no plans to pressure wash their stone and in fact I would be soft washing it using low pressure and a cleaning solution. Not only would the house washing solution not damage the stone it would kill the organic growth and keep the stone cleaner longer than pressure washing ever could. Using pressure and water alone will only knock the top off of the growth like mowing the lawn. It also will not get nearly as close to the original color. After discussing the cleaning methods the customer decided to go ahead and have me soft wash the entire house, cool deck coated pool surround, and detached garage. I also pressure washed the driveway, side walk and entry walk.
