Seabrook Texas house, fence, pool surround, and concrete

I got a call from a customer in Seabrook looking for a quote to wash their pool surround and flag stone. This house had a pretty expansive flag stone area out back. They also mentioned their fence was green and asked if I could take care of that with a fence wash without damaging the wood by using too much pressure. I assured them it was a pretty easy task. While on-site I noticed their house could use a wash and the out door patio furniture cushions were in need. The cushions were sunbrella material but has seen better days. They were growing some black mold and just needed to be bleached. Generally material made to take long periods of direct sun can handle a weak bleach mix with no ill effects. Their concrete was also dirty and the house wash mix running into the concrete would streak so I suggested it also be pressure washed. I applied the sodium hypochlorite mix on the pool surround and flagstone with my 12v soft wash system and rinsed with my pressure wash system. The house was down streamed with an house wash mix annd the same mix was applied to the cushions ans well as used to pre treat all of the concrete prior to using a surface cleaner. After the house and back yard area all of their concrete was pressure washed using a 24” surface cleaner. There was a post treatment applied to the concrete and flagstone just for a finishing touch to get it back to looking as close to new as possible.
